This program is for homeowners with multiple creditors. PayAccel Premium combines the convenience and strength of the PayAccel Plus Program and the power of the PayAccel HELOC System. Once the client has paid off all unsecured, non-mortgage debt, a HELOC is provided to enable the client to implement the PayAccel Mortgage Eliminator system. The combination of these two programs provides the fastest debt pay down and the largest interest savings program in the industry, in some cases with a lower payment than they are currently paying. A refinance is typically provided with this program but is not necessary for enrollment.

Client Description – Homeowner’s with good credit and equity in their home. They are current on all debts and able to make their monthly payments.

Service Description – Client receives 9 Steps to Wealth System, a personal financial coach for two full years, a comprehensive PayAccel strategy, safe and secure TPA services that will automate payments ensuring on time payments and accelerated debt pay down, and a personal PayAccel specialist that will assist in implementing PayAccel Strategy. Once client has paid down all or nearly all non-mortgage debt a HELOC is provided to implement the PayAccel Mortgage Eliminator System.


PayAccel Plus -

This program is for homeowners with multiple creditors. PayAccel Plus clients typically save more than $100,000 in interest and pay off all of their debts including their mortgage in an average of 8-12 years, in some cases with a lower monthly payment than they are currently making. If during the analysis it is determined that restructuring their mortgage will improve their overall strategy, a refinance by a preferred lender is provided. It is common for a client in PayAccel Plus to get started with the program without refinancing and then refinance at a later date.

Client Description – Homeowner’s with multiple creditors. Client is current with all debts and able to make their monthly payments. Good credit is not required.

Service Description – Client receives 9 Steps to Wealth System, a personal financial coach for a full year, a comprehensive PayAccel Strategy, safe and secure TPA services that will automate payments ensuring on time payments and accelerated debt pay down, and a personal PayAccel specialist that will assist in implementing PayAccel Strategy. Coaching services are tailored to the client’s current needs and circumstances.





PayAccel Basic (Home Ownership Preparedness) -

This program is for non-homeowners with credit card, auto, finance company and other debts. PayAccel Basic is ideal for individuals seeking homeownership. This service is provided to those currently leasing a home with the option to buy. The primary objective of this service is to assist an individual in achieving homeownership through debt elimination and credit education. This is a 12-month program.

Client Description – Non-Homeowner with unsecured debt and/or credit challenged.

Service Description – Client is provided a personal financial coach with emphasis on credit education and homeownership preparedness, a safe and secure TPA service that will automate payments, ensuring on time payments and accelerated debt pay down.
